The HR Team in BET9JA is made up of practical, adaptable, quick-thinking, dynamic individuals who are focused on working as a team to support the business while promoting the BET9JA brand at all times. The ideal candidates will therefore need to possess these characteristics and also be passionate about our brand and their role in contributing to its success.
HR & Training Advisor - The postholder will be required to work closely with all members of the HR team across the business and also support the retail management with development direction. The post holder will have experience of working in a fast paced HR and training environment and will be required to align the relevant training and HR initiatives to the overall business strategy. The postholder need to be diverse can multitask and excellent people and IT skills. Suitable candidate will have a relevant qualification in Human Resource/Personnel Management or training environment. Alternatively demonstrated Experience of working within a training consultancy or commercial/client facing learning and development environment is desirable, minimum of 3-4 years HR generalist experience in a relevant HR role and Member of a recognised HRM body or working towards it.
