A man who had a large chunk of his ear bitten off in an attack during a Halloween night out for his mate’s birthday has said there is “no point sulking” over what happened.
Gwynant Jones, 25, lost part of his left ear in the incident at the Academy bar in Aberystwyth last Saturday.
He said he had not initially realised a big bit of his ear had been ripped off – but must now wait months before it is reconstructed via cartilage from his rib.
